HLV Limited has won a Supreme Court case on 24 September 2025 in a long-running dispute with PBSAMP Projects Pvt. Ltd. over a 2014 land sale MOU for a 3-acre 28-gunta Hyderabad property, originally valued at Rs. 85 crores. The Supreme Court set aside an earlier unfavorable order from the Telangana High Court and confirmed the lower Executing Court's ruling. This means the Rs. 44.42 crore that HLV had already paid to PBSAMP is treated as full and final settlement of the arbitral award. With this order, no further amount is payable by HLV to PBSAMP. The case dates back to a 2014 MOU that was terminated, followed by arbitration in 2019 and multiple rounds of appeals over the years.
