On the reaction day the stock moved 3.8 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.2 pts less than its Hotels & Resorts peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
HLV Limited informed exchanges that on December 18, 2025, the Supreme Court dismissed a Special Leave Petition filed by Resources of Aviation Redressal Association (ROAR). The petition had challenged a 2016 Bombay High Court order related to two 1983 lease deeds with AAI covering 9,000 plus 9,000 square meters of land. ROAR was not a party to the original transaction. The dismissal ends this long-pending legal challenge in the company's favor.
Positive outcome for shareholders as the Supreme Court ruling removes a long-pending legal overhang against the company.
