HMA Agro Industries reported strong consolidated results for Q3 FY26, with revenue from operations rising about 41.5% year-on-year to Rs 20,594 million (from Rs 14,550 million in Q3 FY25). Net profit more than doubled to Rs 666 million versus Rs 212 million in the same quarter last year. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, revenue grew around 47% YoY to Rs 53,374 million and net profit jumped roughly 108% to Rs 1,570 million. On a standalone basis, Q3 revenue was Rs 19,928 million (up ~46% YoY) with net profit of Rs 525 million. Profit before tax margin improved from about 2.8% in Q3 FY25 to about 4.3% in Q3 FY26. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) limited review opinion on both sets of results.
A strong topline and more-than-doubling of quarterly profit, along with expanded margins, is a positive signal for shareholders and is likely to be well received by the market. The clean auditor report removes any near-term concern on the quality of earnings.
