For the quarter ended September 30, 2026: standalone revenue was Rs 2,094.86 lakhs vs Rs 244.80 lakhs in the year ago quarter. Half year revenue surged to Rs 3,287.15 lakhs from Rs 244.80 lakhs. Half year profit after tax rose to Rs 131.92 lakhs from Rs 33.07 lakhs. Consolidated H1 profit reached Rs 131.34 lakhs. However, the company posted negative operating cash flow of Rs 67.65 lakhs and reserves stay negative at Rs 726.25 lakhs standalone. Auditors issued an unmodified review opinion.
Strong revenue and profit growth signals turnaround, but negative operating cash flow and eroded reserves remain concerns.
