The board approved unaudited Q2 and first-half results. Q2 revenue rose 6.5% year on year to INR 12,239 million, while profit rose 11.9% to INR 1,337 million. First-half revenue rose 4.1% to INR 24,283 million and profit rose 16.5% to INR 2,844 million. Q2 EPS was INR 151.17. Cash from operations fell to INR 425 million from INR 2,418 million. The limited review raised no material concerns. Prior-year exceptional charge was INR 123 million for labour codes.
Higher profit and margins support sentiment, but the sharp drop in cash from operations is a concern despite revenue growth and a clean review.
