Q2 FY27 consolidated revenue rose 30% YoY to Rs 2,150 mn; EBITDA rose 34% to Rs 1,735 mn at an 81% margin. PAT swung to Rs 139 mn profit from a Rs 760 mn loss. Leasing hit 2.5 mn sq ft; occupancy 94%. The Rs 26,000 mn IPO repaid Rs 22,500 mn of debt, cutting net debt to Rs 27,651 mn. Auditors gave an unmodified review. H1 operating cash flow was negative Rs 111 mn. Standalone PAT Rs 773 mn was mostly interest on IPO funds.
Profit turnaround, 30% revenue growth and lower debt are positive. Investors may focus on negative H1 operating cash flow and IPO dilution.
