HP Adhesives reported Q2 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 6,506.03 lakhs, up about 10% from Rs 5,892.80 lakhs a year ago. Half year revenue rose nearly 10% to Rs 13,116.52 lakhs. Q2 PAT slipped to Rs 353.37 lakhs from Rs 417.32 lakhs, while half year PAT fell about 21% to Rs 772.75 lakhs. A one-time Rs 32.34 lakh GST demand, classified as an exceptional item, weighed on profits. Operating profit before working capital changes also fell, showing margin compression. Auditor issued a clean review report.
