Q3 FY26 standalone revenue grew about 20 percent YoY to Rs 461.26 crore from Rs 384.72 crore. Net profit was Rs 17.17 crore versus Rs 17.84 crore. For nine months, revenue climbed to Rs 1,346.23 crore from Rs 1,176.03 crore, with net profit at Rs 54.37 crore. Exceptional charge of Rs 5.36 crore includes Rs 7.16 crore for new labour code remeasurement, partly offset by Rs 1.80 crore litigation settlement gain.
Mixed: topline growth is healthy at about 20 percent but Q3 profit dipped slightly YoY due to a labour code one-time charge. Watch margin trajectory.
