Hubtown Limited reported strong FY26 results with total income of Rs. 833 crore, up 58% YoY from Rs. 526 crore. PAT surged 205% to Rs. 168 crore versus Rs. 55 crore in FY25, with PAT margin expanding significantly from 14% to 26%. PBT grew 95% YoY to Rs. 188 crore. Q4FY26 also showed growth with total income of Rs. 203 crore (up 44% YoY) and PBT of Rs. 36 crore (up 8% YoY). On a proforma basis including merger entities, pre-sales stood at Rs. 4,382 crore and collections at Rs. 1,910 crore, with unrecognized revenue of Rs. 11,365 crore providing near-term cash flow visibility. The company received NCLT approval for amalgamation of two entities and is awaiting approvals for others to enhance scale and operating efficiencies.
The sharp improvement in profitability margins and 205% PAT growth indicate strong operational efficiency and execution in a challenging macro environment. The large unrecognized revenue base of Rs. 11,365 crore provides revenue visibility, while merger consolidation efforts are expected to unlock value for shareholders.
