Huhtamaki India posted Q2 FY26 revenue of Rs 7,500 million, up 22.5% YoY, driven by volume growth and price pass-through. Net profit jumped 75% to Rs 437 million. EBIT rose 71.8% to Rs 622 million with margin at 8.5%. H1 FY26 revenue grew 11.6% to Rs 13,631 million; PAT up 35.7% at Rs 693 million; EPS at Rs 9.18. However, operating cash flow turned sharply negative at minus Rs 714 million in H1 due to heavy inventory and receivables buildup. Auditors issued an unmodified review report. Q1 included Rs 88 million extra depreciation catch-up for prior years.
Strong profit growth on margin expansion, but watch working capital stress as operating cash flow turned sharply negative despite higher profits.
