On the reaction day the stock moved 4.0 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 4.2 pts less than its Packaging peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q3 CY26 sales rose 23.7% to INR748 crore and volume increased 7%. Profit after tax fell to INR30 crore from INR37 crore, mainly due to an INR9.6 crore cost to close the Baddi labels plant. Nine-month sales rose 16%, while profit after tax and earnings per share rose 13%. Management said September raw material costs were not fully recovered in time and may weigh on the next quarter; the closure should improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Sales growth is strong, but delayed cost recovery may hurt near-term profit margins; Baddi savings may help later, after a one-off profit hit.
