Hypersoft Technologies reported strong unaudited results for Q2 FY26 (quarter ended Sept 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations surged to Rs. 1,075.77 lakhs (vs just Rs. 1.41 lakhs in Q2 FY25), with H1 FY26 standalone revenue at Rs. 2,068.63 lakhs. Standalone profit after tax for Q2 was Rs. 95.11 lakhs and Rs. 178.62 lakhs for H1, a sharp turnaround from a loss of Rs. 3.84 lakhs in H1 FY25. Consolidated results (first-ever, due to new Singapore subsidiary acquisition via share swap effective July 1, 2025) showed H1 revenue of Rs. 2,653.62 lakhs and PAT of Rs. 324.16 lakhs. The board also approved setting up overseas branch offices in the US, Dubai, Malaysia, Australia, Vietnam, and Indonesia, and expanded the company's objects to include Green Energy and Infra.
Strong topline and bottomline growth, along with a new consolidated entity, signals meaningful business expansion for shareholders. However, equity share capital nearly quadrupled (Rs. 449.22 to Rs. 1,649.22 lakhs) due to the share-swap acquisition, leading to share dilution, and consolidated operating cash flow was negative at Rs. -585.21 lakhs.
