Hypersoft Technologies reported a sharp turnaround in its standalone business, with nine-month revenue jumping to Rs. 2,219.09 lakhs from just Rs. 27.34 lakhs in the same period last year. Standalone profit after tax for the nine months swung to Rs. 196.60 lakhs from a loss of Rs. 81.20 lakhs earlier, with Q3 FY26 standalone PAT at Rs. 17.97 lakhs. On a consolidated basis (which now includes newly acquired subsidiaries NX Global Pte Ltd and Mindgate Solutions, picked up via a share swap effective July 2025), Q3 FY26 revenue was Rs. 725.16 lakhs but the company slipped into a consolidated loss of Rs. 178.90 lakhs for the quarter, though nine-month consolidated PAT remained positive at Rs. 145.25 lakhs. Statutory auditors Anant Rao & Mallik issued an unqualified limited review report on both sets of results.
Shareholders see strong standalone growth driven by scaling operations, but the consolidated quarter loss reflects integration costs and losses at the newly acquired subsidiaries, which is a near-term concern even as nine-month consolidated PAT stays positive.
