The board declared an interim dividend of Rs 10 per share for FY2026-27, with a record date of 13 November 2026. Consolidated Q2 revenue was Rs 758.96 crore and profit after tax was Rs 85.01 crore, versus a Rs 2.00 crore loss a year earlier. H1 revenue rose to Rs 1,393.42 crore, with profit of Rs 151.45 crore.
Eligible shareholders will receive Rs 10 per share. Strong profit growth is positive, but the payout will reduce cash retained by the company.
