On February 11, 2026, promoter Rajkumar Singh sold 190,800 equity shares (14.90% stake) of IB Infotech Enterprises Ltd to four other promoter group members — Bavel Singh, Rita Singh, Shivani Singh and Shivangi Singh — through an on-market inter-se transfer among immediate relatives under Regulation 10(1)(a)(i). As a result, Rajkumar Singh's individual holding dropped sharply from 14.95% to just 0.05%, while Rita Singh's stake rose from 45.39% to 50.07%, taking her past the 50% mark.
