ICICI Prudential AMC posted Q1 FY27 results. Revenue from operations grew 17.5 percent YoY to Rs 1,564 cr (restated Q1 FY26: Rs 1,331 cr). Total income was Rs 1,745 cr. PAT rose 23 percent YoY to Rs 964.6 cr from Rs 783.6 cr. EPS was Rs 19.52. Results restated to include ICICI Venture AIF business acquired under BTA for Rs 107.9 cr effective April 2026. Final dividend of Rs 12.4 per share paid. Walker Chandiok gave an unqualified limited review.
