ICRA Limited reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 17,485.16 lakhs for Q4 FY26, up from Rs 16,359.11 lakhs in Q3. For the full year FY26, revenue grew 20.3% to Rs 59,951.01 lakhs from Rs 49,802.12 lakhs in FY25. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 105 per equity share (including a special dividend of Rs 35 per share to mark ICRA's 35th anniversary), compared to Rs 60 per share last year. During the year, ICRA completed the acquisition of Fintellix India Private Limited for Rs 249.06 crore. A one-time exceptional charge of Rs 691.83 lakhs was recorded due to the implementation of new Labour Codes. The auditors from Deloitte Haskins & Sells issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated financial results.
Strong revenue growth of over 20% driven by both Ratings and Research & Analytics segments. The special dividend and robust profitability indicate healthy financial performance, though investors should note the one-time labour code impact and higher dividend payout.
