ICRA's unaudited consolidated Q2 FY2025-26 revenue rose 8.3% to Rs 136.58 crore and profit after tax rose 16.0% to Rs 43.02 crore. For H1, revenue rose 8.4% to Rs 261.07 crore and profit after tax rose 25.7% to Rs 91.78 crore, with operating cash flow of Rs 28.42 crore. Standalone H1 profit fell 16.0% to Rs 63.06 crore, and other income included a Rs 2.87 crore subsidiary dividend. The auditor found no material misstatement.
Higher H1 profit and positive cash flow help shareholders, but moderate revenue growth and weaker standalone profit temper the outlook.
