ICRA reported Q2 FY2027 revenue of ₹177.9 crore, up 30.7%, and profit after tax of ₹52.4 crore, up 9.2%. H1 revenue rose 30.2% to ₹341.2 crore, while profit after tax rose 20.0% to ₹108.9 crore. Ratings growth was broad-based. Risk and Analytics grew with Fintellix consolidation, and its H1 EBITDA rose 35% to ₹47.1 crore.
Strong revenue and profit growth supports shareholder sentiment, though acquisition costs and a weaker macro outlook could temper near-term gains.
