IDBI Bank Limited submitted its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026. Standalone total income for FY26 was about ₹35,744 crore, up roughly 5% from ₹34,059 crore in FY25. Standalone net profit was approximately ₹7,515 crore, marginally lower than ₹7,589 crore in FY25. Consolidated net profit grew about 21% to around ₹9,211 crore from ₹7,631 crore, aided by subsidiary contributions. Operating cash flow improved sharply to about ₹16,752 crore from ₹12,382 crore a year earlier. Joint statutory auditors Chokshi & Chokshi LLP and Suri & Co issued an unmodified opinion on both sets of results. During the quarter, the bank reversed provisions of ₹30.69 crore on sale of stressed loans, hinting at better asset quality outcomes.
Overall steady performance for shareholders, with consolidated profit growth driven by subsidiaries offsetting a slight dip in standalone earnings. A clean audit report and strong operating cash flow are supportive signals, while the marginal standalone profit decline is unlikely to move sentiment meaningfully.
