This takes their total holding in IEL from 1,33,01,602 shares (10.21%) to 1,91,86,602 shares (14.71%) of the paid-up equity capital. The acquirer has confirmed it does not belong to the promoter/promoter group of IEL Ltd. The equity share capital of IEL Ltd remains at Rs. 13.04 crore, divided into 13,03,92,486 equity shares of Re. 1 each.
