Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
IFCI Q3 FY26 results show standalone 9M PAT turning positive at Rs 30.35 cr versus a loss of Rs 229.75 cr a year ago. Total revenue from operations rose to Rs 632.60 cr. Consolidated 9M PAT surged to Rs 400.65 cr. However, CRAR stood at minus 16.51 percent, below RBI norms, with gross NPAs at 96.31 percent. Auditor flagged emphasis of matter on the negative CRAR, an RBI provisioning gap of Rs 89.10 cr, and the pending merger of group companies under government direction.
Asset quality severely stressed with near-100 percent NPAs and negative capital adequacy. Profit swing driven by dividend income, not core lending growth.
