Igarashi Motors India reported audited FY2026 results with revenue from operations growing 3.3% to Rs 86,591.89 lakhs from Rs 83,842.11 lakhs in FY2025. However, profit after tax (PAT) declined significantly by 49.7% to Rs 1,214.66 lakhs from Rs 2,416.83 lakhs. EPS for FY26 stood at Rs 3.86 compared to Rs 7.68 in FY25. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.30 per equity share (face value Rs 10) subject to shareholder approval at the 34th AGM on August 7, 2026. The statutory auditor BS R & Co. LLP issued an unqualified (clean) audit opinion. The company also appointed Sharp & Tannan as internal auditor and B Y & Associates as cost auditor for FY 2026-27.
Despite marginal revenue growth, the company experienced a sharp decline in profitability with PAT dropping nearly 50%. The recommended dividend is positive for shareholders but the earnings contraction may weigh on the stock price unless market views it as temporary.
