Revenue from operations at Rs 216.1 crore in Q3 FY26, up 2.5% YoY from Rs 210.8 crore. However, PAT fell 32% YoY to Rs 3.5 crore from Rs 5.16 crore. For nine months, revenue dipped 1.4% to Rs 640 crore and PAT nearly halved to Rs 10.55 crore from Rs 21.1 crore. Automotive segment revenue grew 9% YoY, but non-automotive swung to a Rs 1.55 crore loss from a profit last year. Statutory auditor BSR and Co issued an unqualified limited review report.
Sharp profit fall despite stable revenue signals cost pressures and weak non-auto demand. Margin trajectory is the key concern for investors.
