IIFL Finance Finance Committee approved pricing for USD 300 million fixed rate senior secured notes under its USD 1.5 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme. Notes carry a 7.60% annual coupon, payable semi-annually, with a 4-year tenure (allotment July 10, 2026, maturity July 10, 2030). Rated B+/B+/Ba3 by S&P, Fitch and Moody's. Proceeds will be used for onward lending and business growth under ECB Regulations. To be listed on India INX and NSE IFSC at GIFT City.
USD 300M overseas bond raise at 7.60% coupon diversifies funding and supports lending growth. Pari passu charge on assets shared with existing lenders.
