IIRM Holdings India Ltd (formerly Sudev Industries Limited, post amalgamation with Sampada Business Solutions Limited) reported audited results for FY 2026. Consolidated revenue grew 14.9% to Rs. 25,215 lakh (from Rs. 21,945 lakh), while standalone revenue rose 44.9% to Rs. 529 lakh (from Rs. 365 lakh). Consolidated net profit after tax improved 12.6% to Rs. 2,437 lakh (vs Rs. 2,163 lakh), with EPS at Rs. 3.58. Standalone PAT stood at Rs. 94 lakh vs Rs. 76 lakh. The auditors (Seshachalam & Co.) issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. However, the standalone operating cash flow is deeply negative at Rs. -3,547 lakh (vs Rs. +0.52 lakh prior year), driven primarily by large increases in other non-current financial assets (Rs. 3,306 lakh) and trade receivables (Rs. 340 lakh). The company also announced appointment of new internal auditors (B Venkata Chandu & Associates) and a new Company Secretary (Ms. Vempala Sri Lakshmi), effective July 31, 2026.
Strong revenue and profit growth on a consolidated basis is positive, but the severe negative operating cash flow on the standalone entity raises concerns about working capital management and could weigh on investor sentiment despite healthy profitability.
