On the reaction day the stock moved 2.8 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.8 pts more than its Civil Construction peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
As of 30 September 2025, defaults of Rs 2,627.85 crore equalled all outstanding bank loans and revolving facilities. Total financial indebtedness was Rs 3,097.41 crore, while unlisted debt securities were nil. The filing follows a 12 March 2020 court order setting the cutoff date. Interest was not generally accrued after the cutoff, except on the funded interest term loan.
The defaults confirm continued repayment stress, increasing loss risk for shareholders and the likelihood of further stock pressure.
