IL&FS Investment Managers responded to NSE query on why consolidated results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 were not submitted. The company said two subsidiaries, Andhra Pradesh Urban Infrastructure Asset Management Limited and IL&FS Investment Advisors LLC, did not provide their limited reviewed results on time, which delayed consolidation. This was already disclosed in the August 14 board meeting outcome and notes. A board meeting to adopt consolidated results is planned by end of September 2025.
