IL&FS Investment Managers posted a standalone loss of Rs. 139.25 lakhs in Q1 FY27 versus a loss of Rs. 22.69 lakhs a year ago. Fee income is zero as existing funds ended their extended term. Consolidated profit was Rs. 121.23 lakhs, boosted by a Rs. 249.06 lakhs one-time recovery of old ICDs. Auditor flagged material going concern doubt on both standalone and consolidated books and cited pending SFIO investigation.
No fee income from expired funds raises survival doubts. SFIO probe continues. IL&FS sale process is still underway.
