Pushpsons Industries' Board, at its meeting on 11 February 2026, approved the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31 December 2025. The statutory auditor (Ritu Gupta & Co.) issued a Limited Review Report along with a Declaration of Unmodified Opinion, confirming no material misstatements. Standalone Profit After Tax for Q3 FY26 came in at Rs 3.20 lakhs, marginally higher than Rs 2.90 lakhs in Q3 FY25. However, the 9-month (April–December 2025) PAT fell sharply to Rs 20.56 lakhs from Rs 49.33 lakhs in the same period last year, a drop of roughly 58%. Basic EPS for the 9-month period declined to Rs 0.15 from Rs 0.56. The company operates in a single segment – export of carpets and made-ups. No investor complaints were pending during the quarter.
Short-term: The clean (unmodified) auditor opinion is reassuring, but the steep decline in 9-month profit and EPS is a red flag that may weigh on the stock and investor sentiment. Shareholders should watch for the full-year numbers to see if Q4 can offset the weak first nine months.
