Board approved standalone audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended 31 March 2025. Revenue from operations was largely flat at around Rs. 77.27 crore versus Rs. 77.14 crore last year. However, profit before tax jumped sharply from about Rs. 2.64 crore to Rs. 7.98 crore, and profit after tax for the year rose to roughly Rs. 5.64 crore from Rs. 1.74 crore, indicating a major improvement in profitability. Basic and diluted EPS doubled to around Rs. 0.77. The Board recommended a small dividend of 2% (Rs. 0.04 per share) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion, and the company appointed a new secretarial auditor for a five-year term and a new internal auditor for FY26.
Profit growth is strong while revenue is flat, suggesting meaningful margin expansion or one-off gains rather than topline momentum — positive for earnings quality but small dividend may not excite income investors. Auditor and secretarial auditor changes are routine and the clean audit opinion supports credibility.
