Embassy Office Parks REIT disclosed two independent valuation reports for a 0.6-acre land parcel in Thanisandra, Bengaluru, contiguous to Embassy Manyata Business Park. The land is proposed to be acquired and added to the REIT portfolio under SEBI REIT Regulations. Market value assessed at Rs 117 million using the Market Approach Method. Valuation date is June 30, 2026.
