India Finsec Ltd reported its Q3 FY26 (quarter ended 31 Dec 2025) and nine-month consolidated results, with statutory auditor M/s Ajay Rattan & Co. issuing an unmodified (clean) limited review opinion. Consolidated total revenue from operations rose to ₹2,159.52 lakhs from ₹1,852.97 lakhs in the year-ago quarter (~16.5% YoY growth). Profit after tax for the quarter stood at ₹505.30 lakhs vs ₹460.81 lakhs YoY (~9.7% growth), while pre-tax profit reached ₹694.45 lakhs. For 9M FY26, total revenue from operations was ₹6,033.54 lakhs and PAT was ₹1,594.92 lakhs. In November 2025, the company raised ₹1,998 lakhs via 19,980 listed secured non-convertible debentures at 12.25% interest, maturing November 2027.
Modest revenue and earnings growth on a YoY basis, but operating margins expanded meaningfully as finance-cost leverage improved. The NCD raise of nearly ₹20 crore adds funding capacity for the NBFC business but will increase interest expenses in coming quarters.
