India Lease Development Ltd posted a standalone net loss of Rs 2.65 lakh for Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026), improving from a Rs 5.52 lakh loss in Q1 FY26. Total income grew about 23 percent to Rs 15.65 lakh from Rs 12.76 lakh, driven by interest income and fair value gains. Employee costs were Rs 8.10 lakh and total expenses Rs 18.30 lakh. The auditor flagged an emphasis of matter: the company did not meet RBI principal business criteria since financial assets were below 50 percent of total assets. Results are prepared on a going concern basis despite cumulative losses.
Loss narrowed YoY but RBI non-compliance, going concern flag and near-zero operational scale remain key risks for shareholders.
