India Nippon Electricals reported strong FY2026 results with standalone revenue growing 26.5% to Rs. 1,068.48 crore from Rs. 844.83 crore. Profit after tax increased 35.6% to Rs. 111.26 crore from Rs. 82.03 crore. Basic EPS stood at Rs. 49.18 versus Rs. 36.26 in the previous year. The company recognised an exceptional item of Rs. 15.21 crore from land compensation received from Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran. Additionally, labour code changes resulted in Rs. 3.18 crore additional provision for employee benefits. The statutory auditor Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued an unmodified opinion. The 41st AGM is scheduled for July 30, 2026. The company also changed its internal auditor to PKF Sridhar & Santhanam LLP and approved re-appointment of two Independent Directors for second terms.
Strong financial performance with over 26% revenue growth and 35% PAT growth is positive for shareholders. The clean audit opinion with no going concern issues provides comfort. Exceptional items from land compensation boosted profits but investors should note underlying operational performance remains solid.
