India Nippon Electricals reported strong full-year results for FY2026. Consolidated revenue grew 26.5% to Rs 1,06,848 Lacs from Rs 84,483 Lacs in the prior year, while profit after tax increased 35.6% to Rs 11,126 Lacs from Rs 8,203 Lacs. Basic EPS stood at Rs 49.18 vs Rs 36.26 in prior year. The company recognised an exceptional item of Rs 1,521 Lacs as compensation from Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran for compulsory land acquisition. A gain of Rs 20 Lacs was recorded on liquidation of subsidiary PT Automotive Systems Indonesia. Implementation of new Labour Codes increased employee benefit provisions by Rs 318 Lacs. Statutory auditors Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion with no going concern or qualification issues. The company also announced appointment of new internal auditors PKF Sridhar & Santhanam LLP and re-appointment of two Independent Directors.
The company delivered robust double-digit growth in both revenue and profitability, with PAT growth of 35.6% exceeding the 25% threshold. The clean audit opinion and no going concern issues are positive signals for shareholders.
