India Pesticides reported a strong Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025), with standalone revenue from operations rising about 33% year-on-year to Rs. 275.41 crore from Rs. 207.65 crore in Q1 FY25. Standalone profit after tax jumped roughly 58% to Rs. 35.38 crore (from Rs. 22.33 crore), while consolidated PAT grew to Rs. 34.91 crore (from Rs. 21.77 crore). Total income, including other income of Rs. 8.86 crore, reached Rs. 284.27 crore standalone. The company's other income includes a one-time Rs. 2.29 crore from settlement of an old insurance claim that had been in litigation since FY 2013-14. The results were reviewed by Lodha & Co LLP with an unmodified limited review conclusion on both standalone and consolidated numbers.
Sharp revenue and profit growth, partly boosted by a one-time insurance receipt, signals healthy operational momentum for the agro-chemical maker and is likely to be viewed positively by investors. Single-segment exposure to agro-chemicals and small loss-making subsidiaries (Rs. 0.28 crore loss) are minor watchpoints.
