Indiabulls board approved raising up to INR 1,000.07 Crore through issue of 51.55 crore convertible warrants at INR 19.40 each (including premium of INR 17.40) via preferential allotment. Investors include promoter group entities Phanes and Hermes, plus non-promoters EBISU Global Opportunities Fund and Nyaasa Global Fund. Warrants convert into equal number of equity shares within 18 months. EGM on July 2, 2026.
