Unaudited September 2025 results were approved. Quarter revenue rose 106% to Rs 236.27 crore, while net profit was Rs 75.31 crore versus a Rs 13.39 crore loss. Half-year revenue was Rs 327.89 crore and net profit Rs 73.50 crore, but loss attributable to owners was Rs 1.50 crore. Operating cash flow was an outflow of Rs 11.47 crore. After the Dhani merger scheme, prior figures were restated and Yaari Digital was renamed Indiabulls Limited.
Profit rose sharply, but owners posted a Rs 1.50 crore half-year loss and operating cash flow stayed negative. Restatements complicate comparisons.
