Yaari Digital Integrated Services Limited submitted its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) standalone and consolidated financial results to the exchanges on July 18, 2025. On a consolidated basis, total income was just ₹0.02 crores versus ₹0.51 crores in Q1 FY25, while net loss narrowed to ₹8.26 crores from ₹68.69 crores a year ago, mainly due to sharply lower total expenses (₹8.17 crores vs ₹68.70 crores). Standalone results showed total income of ₹0.12 crores (vs ₹0.86 crores) and a net loss of ₹8.61 crores (vs ₹89.63 crores). Three subsidiaries — Indiabulls General Insurance, Indiabulls Life Insurance, and YDI Consumer India — contributed ₹6.05 crores in revenue and ₹5.98 crores in net profit to consolidated figures. The statutory auditor M/s Raj Girikshit & Associates issued an unqualified limited review report, and M/s Sukesh & Co. was appointed as secretarial auditor for five years (FY26–FY30). The composite scheme of amalgamation with Indiabulls Enterprises and Dhani Services continues to progress at NCLT.
Revenue continues to shrink quarter-on-quarter and the company remains loss-making, though the absolute loss has narrowed due to lower finance costs. The ongoing NCLT-led amalgamation scheme could materially reshape the company's structure and shareholders should track its outcome along with subsidiary-level performance.
