IndiaMART reported audited consolidated results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2026. Quarter revenue rose 9.6% to INR 4,286.41 million and net profit rose 9.1% to INR 1,293.87 million. For the half-year, revenue rose 10.5% to INR 8,430.11 million and net profit rose 11.3% to INR 2,629.75 million. Operating cash flow was INR 2,987.98 million. The auditor did not qualify the results.
The results may support the stock, but associate losses and lower cash after dividend payments could temper shareholder sentiment.
