Indiamart's audited September 2025 quarter results show operating revenue of INR 3.91 billion, up 12.5% year on year, but consolidated net profit fell 38.8% to INR 827 million as other income declined and expenses rose. For April to September, revenue rose 12.4% to INR 7.63 billion, while profit slipped 5.2% to INR 2.36 billion. Operating cash flow was INR 2.75 billion. Auditors gave an unmodified opinion.
Revenue growth is positive, but the 39% quarterly profit fall and narrower margin may weigh on sentiment despite strong cash generation.
