IndiaMART posted Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs 4,016M, up 13.4 percent YoY. Net profit jumped 56 percent to Rs 1,883M, helped by a one-time Rs 1,454M gain from sale of investment in an associate. Other income surged to Rs 1,354M from Rs 449M. For 9M FY26, revenue grew 13 percent to Rs 11,647M with PAT of Rs 4,245M, up 15 percent. Q3 EPS was Rs 31.37 versus Rs 20.18. Operating cash flow for 9M stood at Rs 4,040M. Auditor B S R and Co issued an unqualified opinion.
Strong headline numbers, but core revenue growth of 13 percent is modest. A large one-time gain from an associate sale flatters quarterly profit.
