Board approved audited Q2 FY26 results. Consolidated revenue from operations rose 12.5% YoY to Rs 391 crore, but net profit fell 38.8% to Rs 82.7 crore as other income fell to Rs 10.2 crore from Rs 65.5 crore. H1 revenue was Rs 763 crore, PAT Rs 236 crore and operating cash flow Rs 275 crore. EPS was Rs 13.77; audit opinion was unmodified.
Revenue growth is positive, but the sharp profit fall and lower margins may weigh on the stock, despite strong cash flow and the dividend paid.
