Q2 FY27 revenue rose 10% to Rs 429 crore and collections 9% to Rs 443 crore. EBITDA was Rs 159 crore at a 37% margin and net profit Rs 91 crore. Deferred revenue rose 16% to Rs 2,029 crore; cash and treasury balance was Rs 3,234 crore. Paying suppliers fell by 615 to 217,000 due to Silver churn. Management kept IndiaMART's long-term EBITDA margin target at 33%; near-term AI spending will add to costs, while longer term it may lift margins.
Revenue and profit growth support the outlook, but Silver churn, lower enquiries and near-term AI costs could weigh on the stock.
