Indian Acrylics Ltd reported a net loss of Rs 220 lakhs in Q3 FY26 (Oct-Dec 2025), narrower than the Rs 491 lakh loss in Q3 FY25. Nine-month loss shrank to Rs 1,267 lakhs from Rs 2,517 lakhs a year earlier, showing some operational improvement. Total operating income fell to Rs 9,079 lakhs in Q3 (from Rs 9,758 lakhs YoY), with domestic net sales declining about 19% YoY. However, export sales rose nearly 25% YoY to Rs 3,162 lakhs, and the Fibre segment swung back to a Rs 615 lakh profit for 9M FY26 versus near breakeven last year. The auditor (AKR & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications. Despite improving margins, the company still carries negative reserves of Rs (12,522) lakhs and negative total capital employed of Rs (176) lakhs as of FY25.
Losses are narrowing and the Fibre segment is recovering, which is mildly positive. However, persistently negative net worth and negative capital employed indicate serious balance-sheet stress, which remains a key overhang for shareholders.
