Indian Energy Exchange (IEX) submitted its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations rose to ₹13,998.81 lakhs (vs ₹12,356.20 lakhs in Q1 FY25), while profit after tax grew to ₹11,304.09 lakhs (vs ₹9,342.32 lakhs). On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations was ₹14,175.14 lakhs and PAT was ₹12,069.67 lakhs, supported by a ₹668.26 lakhs share of profits from associate Indian Gas Exchange. The company also approved the appointment of M/s MNK and Associates LLP as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term (FY26–FY30). Walker Chandiok & Co LLP issued an unmodified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results. A final dividend of ₹1.5 per share for FY25 was already recommended earlier.
Strong quarter with double-digit revenue growth and consolidated profit after tax rising over 25% year-on-year signals healthy operating momentum, likely to be viewed positively by investors. The auditor change is routine governance and not mid-year, so no governance red flags.
