Board approved Q2 FY26 results on Nov 10, 2025. Q2 revenue from operations stood at 364.78 cr (up 2.9% YoY) and PAT at 34.69 cr (up 162% YoY). For H1 FY26, revenue was 672.21 cr versus 718.51 cr last year, down about 6.4%, while PAT rose 27.4% to 56.61 cr. Strong profit growth was driven by lower finance costs and higher other income. Operating cash flow remained negative at 7.34 cr in H1. Statutory auditors K.S. Aiyar and Co issued an unmodified limited review report.
Sharp PAT jump on cost reduction aids optics, but H1 revenue decline and continued negative operating cash flow remain watchpoints for shareholders.
