Indian Infotech & Software Ltd's board approved its un-audited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025, along with the limited review report. Total revenue for H1 FY26 stood at Rs 2,235.22 lakhs, down from Rs 2,923.56 lakhs in H1 FY25 — a decline of about 23.5%. Profit after tax fell to Rs 548.33 lakhs from Rs 754.65 lakhs, while EPS dropped to Rs 0.0325 from Rs 0.0546. The company recently raised funds through a large rights issue of over 42 crore equity shares (record date 28 July 2025), with proceeds of about Rs 4,224 lakhs reflected in financing activities. Operating cash flow remained deeply negative at Rs (5,213.77) lakhs for the half year, and the company noted that many counterparties had not confirmed loan balances or deposited TDS, so interest was booked on accrual basis.
Revenue and profits both shrank year-on-year, and the company is still burning cash from operations despite the rights issue, which may weigh on the stock in the short term. However, the fresh equity infusion strengthens the balance sheet and could support future business activity.
