IRFC declared a record interim dividend of Rs 1.05 per share for FY2025-26, with October 24, 2025 as the record date. Q2 FY26 profit after tax rose 10.19% to Rs 1,776.98 crore, while half-year profit rose 10.45% to Rs 3,522.67 crore. Half-year total income was Rs 13,290.15 crore, assets under management reached Rs 4.62 lakh crore, and net interest margin improved to 1.55%.
The dividend supports income, while double-digit profit growth and stronger margins support sentiment. Dividend yield needs the share price to assess.
